Multinationals start to embrace parenthood by offering both moms and dads more generous parental leave programs.
For me, it is a no-brainer. Any company, corporate or SME, should embrace parenthood; as it will anchor and engage your most valuable asset: your workforce.
A message for all this parents out there: “Just imagine what it would mean to you if your company supported you to become a better parent for your kids . . . . . . . . ?”
A message for all those skeptical companies out there: “Don’t be naïve. Your employees don’t make the extra hours to make you rich, they are in it for their kids and family.”
